Brackenwood Solutions was founded by Chris Whitfield in early 2017. It's aim is to provide HR and Project Management services to Businesses and Organisations.


Chris has more than 20 years’ experience as a Senior Manager in the Human Resources function in the Oil and Gas industry. He is a business change leader specialising in the HR area in complex and dynamic multi-national organisations and is available to assist your organisation to ensure you achieve the outcomes you require. His expertise includes significant reward and benefit experience, the implementation of a variety of HR systems allied with the ability to provide HR advice and support to business mergers, divestments and acquisition programmes including major reorganisations and restructurings.

The design, delivery and communication of HR change programmes for: pensions and benefits changes; new grading structures; sales office centralisation; performance management; HR operating model redesign; and total reward package changes.

HR Systems
Feasability, Build and Roll Out

The delivery of bespoke and off the shelf web based IT programmes including systems for: pay reviews; performance management; flexible benefit; pensions administration; and expatriate management.
