PAY AND BONUS REVIEW SYSTEM
 

A custom designed Reward Management system was put in place to manage the company's annual review including functionality for:

  • Budget modelling

  • Base pay management

  • Individual and Business bonuses

  • Equity awards

  • Pay review letters.

 

The system handled on and off-cycle reviews for 70,000 employees in 50 countries. The annual pay review handled US200 million base pay awards, US$800 million bonus awards and $250 million worth of equity awards.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A Success Factors SaaS (Software as a Service) solution was put in place to support the company's Individual Performance Management Programme. This system included:

  • Goal setting,

  • Mid year reviews

  • End of year reviews

  • Performance rating decisions

The project included the design, implementation, communication and roll out of the system to over 70,000 employees and line managers in 50 countries. The solution itself was carefully tailored to suit the company's specific needs and integrated with their other HR systems.

FLEXIBLE BENEFITS PROGRAMME

 

The introduction of a flexible benefits programme was combined with the closure of the company's Defined Benefit pension plan and the closure of the employee car plans.

 

The project involved the design of the new benefit plans, the cost benefit analysis as well as the communication of these changes. An outsourced flexible benefits system was selected and configured to support the programme for 20,000 UK employees.

REWARD TRAINING
 

Reward training programmes developed and delivered for Line Managers and HR Professionals. Audiences included both local and international audiences and topics included:

 

  • Reward strategy

  • Salary management

  • Market analysis and budgeting

  • Bonus plans

  • Share plans

  • Grading structures

  • Benefit programmes

  • Reward communication

Programmes varied between one day and five days depending on audience and content.
